The MB-WG60 Winter Garden System meets the highest requirements in the field of thermal insulation of profiles, rainwater and air tightness, and guarantees proper ventilation with the use of appropriate ventilation devices regardless of weather conditions.
The highest parameters have been achieved thanks to the use of thermal insulation from polyamide strips of appropriate width, and their location in profile cross-sections, that for the entire roof they form an uninterrupted continuous strip of insulation that ensures high temperatures on the internal surfaces of aluminum profiles. High thermal insulation is also provided in the area of the corner of the glazing unit at the wall-to-roof transition, introducing a special HPVC profile, which also serves to fasten the glazing profile without limiting the thickness of glazing. The HPVC profile also allows the easy introduction of a stepped glazing unit with an extended outer pane, which is very important for small roof pitch angles.
